Get Mowtivated is a luxury outdoor living design/build firm serving families throughout Mount Juliet. We specializing in residential swimming pool, deck, and patio designs with an aim to bring families together through their outdoor living spaces.
Since our establishment in 2012, we have transformed hundreds of homes into functional and beautiful outdoor living spaces that are unique to our clients. We offer captivating designs, quality in-house craftsmanship, and solutions to maintain your new space for years to come.

OUR PROCESS
DESIGN

After we learn about your family and the outdoor living space you need, we will present a design proposal. Our designs feature photorealistic 3D renderings and constructions plans. Designing your outdoor living space will ensure we capture your vision and give us the opportunity to guide you through your space’s layout, materials, and make sure what we produce is in harmony with the amount of money you plan to invest.

Our design packages are $3,500 and include 3D renderings, 2D plans, and one round of design revisions. Since we design and build projects ranging from $5,000-$500,000+, a custom design proposal may be provided after your initial consultation with our team.

We’ll start with a visit to your home. While there, we’ll capture site data used for our modeling and drafting process, and consult with you on a deeper level to nail down design layout, materials, and cost preferences.

After we have a firm grasp of your project goals and vision, we’ll provide you with a design proposal outlining the design investment and deliverables. Once you have executed our design agreement we’ll begin working right away. We will communication as we work through your design. It will take 4-6 weeks to complete a design, but turn-around times vary based on size and complexity of your project.

Once our design team has finalized 3D renderings and plans for your project, we’ll meet with you to present our design. We’ll guide you through what design decisions we made and why, along with what materials we are proposing. We’ll also discuss our preliminary estimate for the project.

During our presentation either of us may decide we want to make changes to the concept due to style, taste, feasibility, or cost. We’ll take those changes and update your concept accordingly. Once the design is updated, we’ll email you the digital files reflecting your finalized design.

Once a finalized design is produced, we’ll create a detailed estimate for your project. Once our contract is executed and a deposit is made, we’ll add your project to our production schedule.
BUILD

Once your project is on our production schedule, we’ll be working behind the scenes to secure equipment, order materials, and prepare for construction to begin. During the installation of your new outdoor living space, our craftsman and workers will be respectful of your property, keep a clean worksite, and remain in uniform. We’ll construct your space with the uttmost attention to detail and ensure the space is installed to specifications outlined in our design.

Outdoor living spaces can range drastically. We’ll guide you through ballpark pricing as we work through the design phase. Most swimming pool projects start at $100,000, with the average swimming pool/outdoor living space for a 2500-4,000 SF home costing about $250,000. However, as a custom design/build firm who can provide a wide range of results, pricing is highly subject to project size, complexity, material preferences, access, and other factors. We design spaces ranging from $30,000 to $500,000+ each year.

During the permitting stage, we will secure any necessary permits for your project. We can also help support any documentation requirement your HOA may have by providing plans and specifications.

We will inform you when construction will begin at your home within 10 days of that start date. We will drop off materials, portable restrooms, and anything else needed while working at your property.

During construction we will maintain a clean and organized job site, remain professional at all times, and take great care to ensure we don’t cause damage to your property, and will promptly repair damage if the inevitable happens. Our project manager will communicate with you each week at the least or as the project schedule requires to keep you informed of our progress and remaining project schedule. Keep in mind, there are always a set back or two during the construction process. But rest assured, sometimes we can’t control everything, but we can control how we respond. We’ll be sure to offer you alternative solutions and remedies to challenges as they arise.

Once we are nearing the completion of your project we will begin to formulate a punch list of tasks that are to be completed yet. We’ll schedule a final walkthrough with you to summarize the project, review the final results, and discuss warranties on materials and installation.

As we wrap up our final walk-through, we will invite you to leave a positive review online for our company. We will also ask for referrals - friends, family, and co-workers who might be interested in the same exceptional process and results you have just experienced.
MAINTAIN

Once your new space is installed, our work is not done yet! We would love the opportunity to maintain your new space throughout each season of the year. Our company can provide services to ensure your entire property is taken care of well so that it lasts for years to come.

Most property that we maintain invest 2-4% of the value of their home in seasonal maintenance services. Pricing depends on what services are provided, and the size of the property.

If you become interested in having our team maintain your new outdoor living space and property, we will provide an estimate for the services you need. Some of the services we provide are maintenance to your outdoor lighting system, irrigation system, power washing, sealing, and sanding patios, swimming pool filtration system maintenance, artificial turf management services, as well as traditional lawn and landscaping maintenance such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and mulching. Each active maintenance customer will receive an annual property analysis to ensure your landscape and outdoor living spaces are cared for to the best of our ability. We will answer any questions you have, and offer recommended solutions as needed.
